First off, it's "69%".
And I'm updating the topic every 3-4 days without posting the "Bump / Updated."-post every time.
It's been at "69%" for about 2 weeks now because it's not ready to be changed to "70%" yet. I'm still waiting for the same stuff I was waiting for 2 weeks ago (maps, sets, launcher, etc.) .
