Ok so, recently my good friend Ricardo "released" UC which is actually Speedhacking, Let me just explain this.
Underclocking:
Changing frequencies of certain clocks on your computer, i wont tell you what to underclock since im not allowed.
Speedhacking:
Obtaining a memory editing program to ajusts the games speed giving you great advantages in a wide range of games, especially GunZ.

Effects of Underclocking:
Longer PC life time
Less overheating
->Gunz based
--Less leadshot (130ping = 50 ping lead, 180 ping = 130 ping lead)
--Dosnt slow your game down at all you can maintain normal playing speed depending on how hard you underclocked
--Deals 2x as much damage if leaded perfectly.
Effects of Speedhacking:
No PC effects.
->Gunz based
-- No leadshot depending on the value that is set
--You'r character appears to spike really bad depending on the value set
--You cannot maintain normal game play speed
--You cannot perform and style of play (d-style, k-style etc..) unless you get used to the slow speed
--Can be used on a computer that cant Underclock
--Leadshot is optional also deals 3x as much damage.

Indentifying an Underclocker
Normally you cant identify an actual Underclocker unless your getting hit really hard by a 130+ pinger theres no visible signs of a player underclocking.
Identifying a Speedhacker
Speedhackers are easy to catch. They never lead (get all hits on 200 pingers) they spike very bad.
