It's actually the crosshair of a BR (battle rifle) from halo3
I love it i can kill anything anywhere anygame (even possibly rpg o.o?)

just crop it using photoshop, open a new one and the size is 100x100 or w.e you like then just resize it

Updated, this is kinda my first time doing this thing in a while want to know your opinions of it's any good. btw, made the crosshair_pick 2x2 pixels bigger so that it adds for reaction help
