If you want to be it a bit more realistic then think of which materials you are using.

Like, pilars that go truth each floor aren't made from wood but from strong materials such as stone, each building is made by materials that fits somewhere, bricks can have a pushing power (uber worse translate i guess), this means that bricks can hold big weights if it lays on it, but if you make a wooden wall and a stone roof then you have a fail building (example).

So try to fix the pilars, also keep it at 1 style, the mansion style. stone floors, stone walls, etc. etc. because its kinda weird to walk on a wooden floor to stone to wood etc.

Also, xD coca cola isn't putted in wooden barrels, you have 2 options which depends on the style of the map, 1. make it how it used to be, 2. make the barrels from iron, this would look a bit more realistic.

I suggest you to do 1 of these things:

1. Retexture it to the old style, use diffrent pictures from celebrity's from older days.
2. Make everything modern, the barrels, the rooms, the library, the walls, the floors etc. etc.

I really do like your idea, and the textures are looking quiet good, there not stretched to much or something so thats not bad.
