Crack more than likely didn't work; I used to have tons of Servers and tried to use cracks on all of them. None worked, so unless they released a new one within the past year, didn't work I can guarantee.

8 is the max, it can handle 8 because that's the max, but if it can hold over 8 than the crack must have worked.
