Hey sorry but im unsure whether team stacking is a threat in TDM
but i got 2 screen shots of a player named Almibe who was team stacking like i said on 2 occasions and after we tried kicking him with /kick to try resolve the problem he left then came back and we could not start another kick vote when clearly everyone in the match wanted to kick him so the screenshots are attached to this
Gunz010 screeny was

then almibe made it
Darkfall + Almibe + Storm vs Mrs . pro 3v1
then

then Almibe made it
