Launcher problem...

Ok, i have a problem , i added svchost.exe into exceptions list from Firewall,
and then it wont even start up,
i even turned my firewall of, who knows what to do ?!?!

this is my patchlog :

it won't help, even if i downloaded the PATCH folder, which i already had...
