How many times I gotta say! T_T I took ALL the firewalls off. I ran as Admin, and allowed the Program to go through. D:

You can compare Software to plants.
When you're Installing a Software its making Registry entries, When you're Planting a Plant its starting to grow Roots into the Soil.
When you Copy a Installed Software to a other PC you dont actualy copy the Registry entries too, like you are taking the Plant out of its
flower pot without caring about the Plants Roots.

But thats not whats causing that Problem.

Does his Windows Account have Full Admin rights? Legal/Cracked Version of Win7?
Searched on the Net or @ Ijji Forums/Gunz Factor? should give it a try, should atleast be 1 noob that uses win 7 and having that kind of problem.
