I usually sword them followed by a pb attempt lol, but also a lot of people lure to get their pbs =d.

Dot Crosshair - Helps you concentrate better.
Leading - If your good with aim and you 10/10 hit a person with 80-100+ ping.. then your shots are useless... most of the time~
Practice - Practice Practice Practice
Dueling - The best way to practice your skills is by dueling. I suggest you fight the people who are somewhat stronger than you. If you only fight people who's weaker than you, it is most likely that you will not improve, or probably improve but... not by much?
