Level no. Donor possibly, but only if you have your proof that you had donated.

If you have a Screen Shot (SS) of when you bought your items or some kind of proof that you were a donor, SS's of a character fully geared, or at least something relevant, Stroop may give you your items back.Originally Posted by Cosmos90
