4600 is a bit dated but still better then mine and I have no issues xD
Just re-dl and if that doesn't work then have someone send you their files. I can only assume that its the files and not your computer.

This happened to me once at world of warcraft, the reason why it happened was because my Graphics card's drivers didn't support the game at that time, you should try downgrading or updating ur drivers.
I hope that will solve the problem ( sorry if this was already mentioned before, i just read the first post. )
