As much as I love Stranger, that isn't possibly enough for even a warning on Weiipeiik's Account; not enough proof to say if he was calm the entire time. For all you and I know, he could have been flaming Weii in PM's. Even though from the looks of it, he was flaming Pwned. Not your fault if Stranger requested it though, just tell him situations been dealt with.
