Mhmm, it's cheap but not bannable i suppose. Im 90% sure it's not bannable.

Glitch 23- (Not bannable) - Flying Meds - Take out meds and hold the w button in this position, hit the screenshot button and hold down Left mouse button. The med will fly across the map.
