K so yerterday it said that my ip was banned now it give this and idk it says that im logned in ;( i can only see it on my iphone and im not the only one asked some people and they the forum wont load D;

You werent IP banned lol.
And some people still see the old forums sometimes because the domain hoster of freestylersworld.com needs to redirect everybody to the correct IP which could take some time.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.
