Can you view the website in the launcher? If so then idk how to help lol. If it doesnt, try turning off proxy settings for both firefox and internet explorer. Thats how i fixed my annoying issue.

Ctr + alt + delete closed that svchost.exe run it again but this time start -> run -> svchost.exe
