I agree... I dont like this new rule... its random >.> They made that rule because jaka hates these 3 word posts... but I think it is going too far with an infraction... I'd say just delete the posts saying 'LOL' or 'LMAO' and it ends like that... but infracting for 3 word.... >.> i think its just stupid

The rule is on threads not the shoutbox.

Your example you gave is a chat which is used in the chatbox. In threads a discussion would be like, that movie was insane I liked it when....
