Added a new rule regarding Bots;
- Avoid using Bots or scripts that would annoy users or fill the chatbox with unnecessary information. An example would be grabbing titles from Links and Supporting commands. Being caught or reported for violating these guidelines will get you banned from the chatbox (depending on the severity). Continued violations will resort to higher penalties.
