    • No spamming; Nobody likes looking at your name constantly popping up as you type repetitive posts. Spamming can easily get you a 24 hour ban from the chatbox. Posting unwanted links and increasing text size is also reprehensible.
    • No flaming; refrain from insulting other members, especially staff members. If caught doing so, you can be banned from one day to a week.
    • Be kind to others; give respect to get respect.
    • Do not post disruptive links - this includes, but is not limited to: other private servers, porn sites, inappropriate sites, screamers, or anything unwanted.
    • Keep cursing to a minimum; repeated offenses can result in a ban of one day to a week.
    • If you are banned from the chatbox for longer than what the person who banned you had set, please consult any forum moderator through an unban appeal with a reason for why you were banned and how long it has been since you were banned.
    • No impersonating staff members or others; do not pretend to be others. Also do not type something to make it seem as if you're a higher rank.
    • No begging; if any persons catches you begging at any time it will be an immediate mute for the day. Begging for coins is spam, harassment, and an annoyance wrapped in one. Don't do it.
    • The rules from our Terms of Service also count for the chatbox.
    • You will not make a thread about being banned from the chatbox unless it is a unban appeal, if you do this bigger consequences will follow.
    • If you are banned or having issues with the chatbox, please contact a forum moderator about your problem.
    • You will not spam emoticons in the chatbox (this can lead to a maximum ban of 12 hours).
    • The use of any custom fonts is prohibited in the chatbox regardless if they expand over other chats or not.
    • Spamming unicode characters, which expand over other chats, can result in a temporary ban.
    • We are an English based community, please stick to the English language, if you have needs to talk a different language then PM the user you desire to talk to or use the language tabs provided, if you still decide to talk a different language you will get muted (for those that we know that are able to write/speak the English language).
    • Just be nice to our players that cannot understand Dutch, Hebrew, German, French or whatever language you are able to speak, try to keep it more personal (PM chatbox, PM inbox or wallposting; if the user is able to understand what you are saying), so please keep the "foreign" talk on a low pit and if you are asked to stop then you should stop, those that are ignoring this can be reported for it and will get a mute for this matter, 3 hour mute is the base mute for this but can be more (depending on what the person said). -> or find the specific language tab you are looking for (Arabic or Dutch for example)
    • With the new language tabs, if you decide to join a tab only join a tab where you can actually speak the language (not using a translator or whatsoever).
For example; we expect only people who can speak the Arabic language in that specific tab.
If we/players find out someone spoke in a tab and doesn't actually know the language, they will face a mute of 1~3 hour(s).
Just note that these tabs are made for people who want to speak their own language for once, so we advice you not to go in there and troll.
    • Avoid using bots or scripts that would annoy users or fill the chatbox with unnecessary information. An example would be grabbing titles from links and supporting commands. Being caught or reported for violating these guidelines will get you banned from the chatbox (depending on the severity). Continued violations will resort to higher penalties.

    Chatbox Commands

    Main commands

    • /hide
      • Enter this command when in a group chat and it will no longer show the messages in the main chat.

    • /show
      • Enter this command when in a group chat and it will show the messages in the main chat again.

    • /ignore <username> | Example: /ignore Dave
      • Ignore specified user from all chat tabs.

    • /unignore <username> | Example: /unignore Dave
      • Unignore specified user from all chat tabs.

Commands for people with a rank

Note that these commands only work in a group chat where you have been given the powers to execute these commands.

    • /add <username> | Example: /add Dave
      • Add specified user to a private group chat.

    • /remove <username> | Example: /remove Dave
      • Remove specified user from a private group chat.

    • /promote <username> | Example: /promote Dave
      • Add +1 to the rank of specified user. Maximum rank you can give a user is 2.

    • /demote <username> | Example: /demote Dave
      • Add -1 to the rank of specified user. Minimum rank you can give a user is 0.

    There are a few ranks:

    • 0 - Access to no commands.
    • 1 - Access to /add.
    • 2 - Access to /add and /remove.
    • 3 - Access to /add, /remove, /promote and /demote.

It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

    Addition to these rules:
    • You will not make a thread about being banned from the chatbox, if you do this bigger consequences will follow (can lead into an extended ban or infraction if needed).
    • If you are banned or having issues with the chatbox, please contact a Forum moderator or Administrator with your problem.
    • You will not spam emoticons in the chatbox (this can lead to a maximum ban of 12 hours).

Explained this rule in more depth since some members keep forgetting that we are an English based community.
We are an English based community, please keep it to the English language, if you have needs to talk a different language them PM the user you desire to talk, if you still decide to talk a different language you will get muted.
(for those that we know that are able to write/speak the English language)

    Added a rule regarding the new language tabs;

    • With the new language tabs, if you decide to join a tab only join a tab where you can actually speak the language (not using a translator or what so ever).
For example; we expect only Arabic/people that actually speak the Arabic language in that tab.
