Server offline for a few days

Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you know that we'll be moving the Freestyle GunZ files to a new server which is atleast 10 times better than the one we have right now and costs about 5 times more, not kidding.

So the server is down for a few days, just chill.
The vps has completely shut down by our hosting company as they had to fight with huge ddos attacks the last weeks and it's time for us to switch to a new, better host.
I emailed the hosting company and we'll take a backup of the database and move it to the new server this week.

You'll love the speed of the new server,
1 step further to the upcoming client.

Please be patient until this situation is resolved.


It will take longer than expected.

The server is scheduled to be delivered on 8/16/2010 7:49 pm CDT

..so in about 3 - 5 days.

I know that's freaking long.
I'm contacting the support to see if I can speed it up.

McSic when you say 10 times faster do you mean that gunz will load faster for everyone , we will join rooms faster and there will be less random lags/spikes ingame??Please say yes
