Whats this Font Size and BOld doing in that Log?
Anyone with some common sense can analyze the log of hijackthis imo.

The Obviously suspicious entrys are the 4516514 long Start ups.
This matchs with your "6541566 folder spam at startup".
On Default settings HiJackThis makes backups of the "fixed (deleted)" entries, so you can restore it.
Thats so you know that you wont completly fck your PC.

Alright, on all start up calls (also the ones with *) tick the box. (Man, you gotta click many boxes xD)

Deskmon32.dll is known to be a backdoor/trojan/dropper, the log says you have that "bastard", line O20.
Also tick that box and delete deskmon32.dll from your System32 folder.

When you selected the entries i told you to click on Fix Checked, HiJackThis should ask you if you want to fix/delete the selected entries.
Klick on Ok/Yes and Restart your Pc.

Got lots of Registry Entries that are missing the actual file, i suggest you to use TuneUp or AdvancedSystemCare (IOBit)
(TuneUp - Clean and Repair Tab -> TuneUp Registry Cleaner | AdvancedSystemCare - Maintain Windows -> click Scan)
