get a coder and tell him to make a script for the website = Vote Sword = 30 Votes (example)(also depends on how many websites we can vote daily) they vote blabla then they get points when they got enough they go to vote shop and buy the sword . (1 week 1 month etc)

Exactly... If you want more people to play tell your friends and don't be lazy, wait like 5 extra second and click to vote in the launcher.
But to me I think the server is pretty active, lots of loyals. But there's always room for improvement and more players!
