First pic look to le left and you can see its longer. 2nd pic there is an invisible wall and i cant walk left.

Yea also ur player clip is horribad small. I can easily wall climb and get pass ur player clip lol

The type of lag we all love only occours when playing with others on the map.
Being alone on a map is no real bother for your pc.
Anyhow, Textur Alighment, some Size Changes and a Lightmap is needed ;>.

Everything Hellsniper said.. also give it a sky setting or make sure the room is closed. black emptyness of space looks ugly.
