My char...

Hi,
my problem:
i cant open my char cuz i dont see it
and when im open ...all black
and when i want to delete it says nomsg-1(i dont want to delete )

why???? T_T Q_Q

In the char selection press enter if you hawe a char, then go options and click on lightmap.

but i have press enter and here is black all and the character song is here
and i cant do anything
