Though I'd have to say both sides can be wrong between a higher status and a lower.
Some 'highers' don't even allow certain people they personally dislike to explain themselves nor give them a chance to be able to make up between them. Well coming from I've been seeing. There's even some pathetic ones that just use the immature solution by banning a person (or demote in some cases) that stands up to them or states an opinion that may seem slightly offensive.
Though there are those players out there that just instigate after an argument and ya, that's their fault.

But as Mutal said, for arguments in general, age difference --> point of view affects and determines most of it.
