Lol. I am not a "GM Wannabe" I just enforce the rules, and If he doesn't like it then he can leave. But its not my fault he is acting childish.

It's weird because in my school the teacher's even do it like that. They said it doesn't matter both ways. So I am like ok. But I guess it just matters on the context. So I did make the mistake. Thank you . Also I Fixed it.

Well a warning would be nice. I think he should get a warning, Because I think this is the first time he's been reported but If the staff thinks that he deserves more than a warning then by all means ban or do whatever they can. I am just trying to help in any way I can.
