You can't expect the GM's to be on every minute, of every hour, of everyday, they have lives too you know. They can't get rid of every rule breaker on the server all the time, you have to give them a break. They're doing the best they can.

The way you could help is to find the people in these types of rooms, screenshot it, and post it in the reports section.

What he's saying is that, the Admin's / Head Staff are always saying we have enough GM's and Staff already, but he found a room, where players were swapping. So therefore, it has proven that we do not have enough GM's because players are still swapping.
