re installing means doing a clean uninstall, and using the installer to install it all over again.

Was it a clean re install? did you DELETE AND UNINSTALL every FGUNZ Folder you have then re install everything? If you didnt do that do it.
If you did, then i have no idea.

no.. delete the fgunz folder on ur desktop or wherever it is
and re-extract it onto your desktop from your zipped folder which you downloaded earlier.
