What you meant was: "Is it allowed to massive someone with an electric element and then flip them."
What you should have said was: "Is Electric Element + Flip allowed here?"

But to answer your question, I don't think it's ban-able. Because if so they should make the low-ceiling flip bug ban-able as well.

Technically speaking your correct, since IS is exploiting a glitch, however. If your good enough to IS, i dont bitch about that. Although, any Noob can grab a sword and an electric element and keep you from safe falling.

Same case with ceiling flipping, and to be honest I can't figure out what skills you need to do that.
And it's seen a lot more often. So just to conclude my opinion: I think it should be allowed because it's nothing worse than ceiling flip.

IMO its the same as flip slash slash when in a building with low ceiling
which you cant safefall from if they're gonna ban element flip then gonna have to ban that, then i'll ragequit
