Did I seriously get a warn (by Tenshin) for telling someone "U FKING NOOB"?

(And this guy was following me around killing me when i had 25HP no AP for maybe 30 minutes?) Then I get my equips and kill him. I think that was the least I could say. If I actually got the warn i would like to fight/argue this? How can I do that? Please respond, thank you!
