well, for me its the easiest way is in photoshop, since i know photoshop, and like non of adobe flash.

Try to learn Flash its way better then photoshop

Lol thats just lame, you got 0 skills with flash thats why you will use photoshop, flash is just typing, make the frames and then begin and end postion, add motion tween done.

after effects is just adding a solid bg, text on it, putting an effect on it and then keyframe, easy.
