[Debate] Warning system

I've been watching around and I've seen people get warnings for things that I personally find quite pathetic.

I think that people get a warning to fast, thats because a warning isn't just something... You're account gets a ban after already 4 warnings, now I think thats a bit to much but I can be wrong, thats why I'd like to debate this.

My suggestion(s):

I think that there should be a diffrent with a warning for spam, and flaming. If you flame, fine you get a warning, after 4 times a delete/ban of your account then thats the right justice.
But if you spammed for only four times and get a ban thats to much so I'd say use the 'mute' function aka chat ban, give the player a period chat ban of a week after 4 spam warnings, if it happens again a month and then an account delete.

they should learn to stop after spamming the same words.. and if not , its his/her fault

The stricter, the better because that's what people fear. With this in a state, crimes are lessen.
Being a bit loose that they may abuse - so I think the current warning rules are fine.

I disagree because people only learn for a set amount of time, they'll do it again cause they can, the fact that they get 4 warnings is good enough in my eyes, I mean, if your someone with sense you and you've read how many warnings your going to get, even if you we're to do it three times you'd naturally think "Won't cross the line". If someone that retarded decides to do that, he deserves it, reap what you sow.

4 warnings are exactly the right amount imo.. If you don't learn after 4 warnings, i don't want them here.
