Seriously your just the guy that has to be negative in every f'n thread so either stop it or change it seriously, I'm not crying about this, I got zero warnings, I was just wondering and I disagreed so I made a debate of it to see how other people were thinking of it, jeez dude.

Might work, but it has to be a long period then.

4 warnings are exactly the right amount imo.. If you don't learn after 4 warnings, i don't want them here.

a bit true but i've seen reports where people get warnings... just not right. like if i ask something 4 times in a row, is it really going to hurt you?

I do find it quite a strict system, which in my opinion should be a bit less. But honestly, even if it's all spamming, you should've learned from it after three warnings. It REALLY is your own fault if it happens.

anyway I dont really think that changing the rules or make it less strict will change anything. The people that really dont learn will continue anyway and get a ban later. mostly normal people get scared after 1 or 2 warnings. And me myself received 0 warnings. It really isnt hard to have 0 warnings... You are really doing something wrong when you have a warning and you also deserve this warning.

Then it's not the ammount of warning needed to recieve a ban, it's the person who give the warnings. I've been less active so i don't know if your opinion is based on the recent period or a bit longer.

I personally think that warnings should fade over time. For example : after not having received another warning within 2 months, 1 warning fades etc.
I also think that people that have received warnings should be given information on why they where given a warning. This could be done with text that appears on the "My Account" page, or with a sort of message of the day system that appears everytime you log in to the game. If you don't know that you've gotten a warning or don't know the reason for it, its hard to adjust.

I obviously can't see it because I haven't received any warnings. I think it'd be cool if it would go along with the rule you have broken. Like when a gm is warning someone, he can mark some rules that were broken.

It is forbidden to do any of the following on any Public Chat or Say Channel in-game:


- Using swear words or other inappropriate language, remember we have young players on here too.

- Racial and sexual abuse, slurs and inappropriate comments are strictly forbidden.

- Spamming (undesired, unsolicited bulk messages, repeating
the same word or sentence many times to get attention or to interfere
with normal operations)

- Flaming (messages that are deliberately hostile and insulting)

- Faking tag (or other tags not suitable for players)

- Asking or begging GMs for free stuff.

- Asking or begging other players for free stuff - do NOT beg anyone for things.

- Using any language other than English when speaking to a staff member.
(If you do not speak any English then try to find someone to help translate)

- Talking about or sharing any type of cheat or exploit.

- Spamming or continuous discussions about cheaters, take a Screen Shot and report them.

- Settling disputes in open areas.

- General inappropriate religious, racial, nonsense, inappropriate
humor, spam or garbage conversations which the entire server does not
have interest in and should not need to hear.

Marked red are the rules that you have broken.
Marked green are rules you have not broken.

Penalties for breaking these rules include being Muted, Kicked,
Suspended or Banned from Freestylers Crew's servers, subject to reasonable GM

This could also be done only when you have 3 warnings, so that after a couple of months you get back to 2 warnings and no less.

Nigel you say that 4 warnings is enough and stuff, it could be, if spam wouldn't be taken to seriously, but some people are getting warnings way to easy and then you can't get rid off it.

And also I've seen some people act like: "Huh? I didn't even knew I had those warnings" thats also bad.

Our system is really lax to other other games and servers. On LoL if you get solid proof of harassment you account is gone.

People can just act like retards over and over again with out some serious consequences. I agree with Nigel.
