[HELP] lagg? O_O

Hey guys,

i've got a problem.
i had a virus in my pc , so i formatted my pc.
after i downloaded drivers, msn , fgunz & avg.
but since im trying to play fgunz im lagging badly.
its not only in fgunz but in every game...
do guys know how to fix this?

what kind of lagg?
i assume that you are enduring screen lagg problems? like freezing aka Low FPS?
did you install the right Mobo/vid card drivers, if you didn't there might be some problems.
also make sure that your pc is fully updated.

if you are still enduring lagg after these steps try quitting some background programs like msn/itunes or any other Music player.
i suggest you'd download gamebooster or any program similiar to it.

And check your ping and upload speed....
I remember having a lot of trouble while my connection was a [few] bit[s] slow[er]....
