[I know there are a lot of threads about this already] Xiao's Runnable

Hi guys, I'm new to FR GunZ (sort of).

I have been having issues with the Xiao Runnable lately. I have read at least 90% of the other threads and ALL of the stickied threads, tried all or most of the methods provided/suggested, but still got zip.
