Fail To Send A Correct Heartbeat?

Yesterday, I wanted to play back FGunZ and went to the downloads page. I chose 1 of the selected links provided by the site and downloaded the FreestylersWorld Entertainment.rar file. When I extracted it into my C:\ file, I finished the update and went onto my character. The first thing that pops up is "You have failed to send a correct heartbeat" whenever I join a room and it kicks me out of the server. I have uninstalled it (deleted the folder) and tried extracting it again but into my desktop. I started my second attempt and I still have the same problem. Yes, I am using a Vista type computer and clicked "Run as an administrator" but I still get the message. Any help here? Thank You....

Update o.o I believe I've seen the same thing before in another thread.
Either waffle or sic said that it was the message that tells you to update o.o

You need to run the launcher and let it update all the files, else go here and download all of those files and move them in your FGunZ folder.
