I'll give you some tips on how to make it mad beast.
Tip 1.
When you are recording with your FRAPS, put the ping at atleast 60 ping.
Tip 2.
Turn off your Archetype when recording.
Tip 3.
Make it HD next time, and try making the layers of your SV less laggy.
Tip 4.
Use your effect skills.
