If he were to impersonate him (Which means to pretend to be that player, just on a different character) He'd get banned on the spot.
Loads of people have done it to me, at one point there were 4 Kunal's, majority of them were GM's but obviously that was just for fun.
I couldn't care less about people copying names as long as they don't abuse it.
