Me and BeyondDeath have the same names irl.
He couldn't do anything about the fact that I was using the name Kunal on ijji and people just thought I was BeyondDeath all the time. >_>
Thing is, I wasn't breaking any rules because that's my name too and I wasn't impersonating him or going against the TOS by doing so.
Oh and I made the character before him. woop.

Anyway, nothing can be done about it.
If he's intentionally made that name to mimic yours and is just trying to take the piss then get some proof and post it up.
