    Here are some solutions I would try:-
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    1 - Open Launcher , Maybe you need to update
    2 - Run as Admin
    3 - Maybe FireWall or Some Anti-Virus is blocking it. ( Try Disabling your anti-virus )
    4 - Re-Install ._.
    ~~~

    Ok, sometimes when my Gunz Minimizes and it doesn't open, You need to wait for it to load the Interface and all, then you may try opening it.

    So, Just wait like 2 minutes then try opening it.
