Your meds look quite good, starting with that.

Though, some of your models aren't textured, face / poly count is very high for swords and some really just look way to easy and we've seen them way to much.

You could try to post a screenshot with a wireframe so we can see how you use your polygons / faces in your model. Also you are new here, you said that yourself... But I doubt you took the time to look in our item shop to see how filled it already is, so basically we don't really need any new items for the shop, so that leaves us with level design and custom quest, well we already got people for that and your not showing any better work, if your going to continue on applying first think of why we would pick you, you have to have something we don't yet have and do need or could use.

By we I mean the developer team, I'm not part of it but just giving my opinion on your application so you don't have to take me serious if you don't want to.
