Anyways, simply download Adobe photoshop ( I prefer CS3 and above )
and go to serveral GFX forums for tutorial, the best ones are Deviantart.com/Gfxvoid.com/flo-2.com
and use it excessively, because time is the BEST experience. you learn alot overtime.
and by trying out a few tutorials a time, you learn a few basics wich you'd have to use in EVERY tag for a little while so you master it.
