k so gunz didnt work as i posted a thread before this
so i reformatted my computer
i can get onto the game, log in, talk to clan members, do everything
i just disconnect when i click start to play a game

Maybe you are missing some client files?
Post your system specifications here: Go to start > run > typ in dxdiag > press enter > if something pops up press no.

Disconnect at the login is a well known problem and there's no 100% fix for it.
All I can suggest is to keep trying to restart.
