well I have seen a few Gunz servers using the no lead system and I have tried it, it's working fine

You have to lead in any game, even console game.

People have lead wrong. Leading is predicting the path of an enemy and firing so that way the bullet hits your target when your target reached the spot. Just shooting directly at a moving target with no lead aim and you will miss. By the time the bullet gets to it's destination the moving target has already moved and the bullet will miss; However if leading you'r bullet will be aimed in front allowing your target to move into the bullet.
