Hacking Attempt (Evidence provided)

Umm I was just in-game like 10 minutes ago and I was in a duel so-on so-on and we created a chat to talk in and I went afk for a bit and I overheard them planning to hack and admitting they have hacks and stuff (this was for a cw tournament)

PRETTY SICK of all the people who break rules going "OKAY REPORT ME" but nobody actually reports anyone so today, I'm doing it!
