Well, Reptar contacted me a few days ago stating he wanted to help out the mods etc... spotting things we may have missed or something like that. He refused to make a unban appeal because he though it was pointless so I am making one. Stroop/McSic, anyway he could come back?

I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

Flaming towards staff is something way different than hackers.
And you should ask McSic for Reptar's unban since he's the one that banned him.
