Underclock larges the hitboxes of enemys -> Ex. u shoot from 2 meters a person -> pb,
u can do the same thing from 3-4 meters with uc
Underclock doesnt add any wep dmg

underclock also very slightly makes ur own hitbox abit smaller

No lead on gunz usually is just luck. You'll have a lot of people who can beat you by potshoting when they aren't good at all, plus the annoying overpowered revolver spam, they have a revolver which get me half hp with 1 shot imagine that with no lead spamming.
