If you want to become a developer you should learn how to develop things in Gunz. You could learn to create weapons with a program like Blender, or make maps with GTKRadiant. You can't be a developer just by saying that you want to help out with ideas. That's not what the server needs. You can help with ideas, but not as a developer. Other than that, I think you other people are being a bit harsh. You don't know his intentions, I think he may want to just help out. Also, work on your English. >.<
