Well, it does actually.

A noob or n00b is someone that lacks intellegance or common sense, most people think that noob is a word used only in the online gaming world, but in reality it is becoming an ever popular word with teenage society.
a noob could be simply a level 100 running round shouting ''WTF DO I GO!?'' or someone calling someone else a noob and then getting hit with a brick, anyone can call anyone a noob, but normally they are noobs themselves

If you think about it, "Noob" is slang on the internet, it could be compared with the slang used by African Americans. With what they refer each other by, well, The rules on the prestigious forum restricts me from saying it, but lets just say it starts with N and ends with egro. Did I break any rules? LOL, so your saying just because a word means something in one language it can't mean anything in another. K go say "Negro" to a black person that you do not know see what their reaction is. And also "Negro" was also a term used by white slave owners to refer to the slaves, instead of calling them by they're names they're labeled as a Negro, which was and still is an offensive term. So before you try and act smart, stop thinking so one-sided, little boy.
