Ya its always xaios runable or sometimes no error at all.
This always used to happen to me.
Try the following:
- Unblock gunz.exe or xaios runable from fire wall.
- Turn off firewall and restart computer.
- press alt + tab before signing in.
It worked for me..some how....hope it works for you.
