The tests are accurate, they are compared to each other and that should show good/smart you are at the areas tested.
Anyway, sure total peace is going to be pretty much impossible to be achieved, but the problem with war right now is that just about every country has enough atom bombs available to destroy an entire country. The entire world could be "destroyed" easily by now. The hiroshima bomb had an explosive force of about 13-18 Kilotons, nuclear bombs right now have up to 1.2 Megatons of explosive force. That is easily 50 times as strong.
